If we let this reality sink in, it will forever change the way we think and live.
Living day to day with an eternal perspective not only changes our actions and attitudes, but also infuses us with a joy and purpose that can sustain us in daily life, even as we face hard things. Our present life, when looked through the lens of eternity, is but a brief window of opportunity to invest in what will last for an eternity. That alone should motivate us to live a Christ-centered life and make a lasting impact on those around us.
For believers, there is something more than our past failures, something more than our present suffering, and something more for us to look forward to.
